bad quality jewelery - Customer Service/Return

i will never buy jewelery from gems tv again, due to very bad customer service. i returned 2 rings where stones had fallen out (having only worn them 5 or 6 times) and earrings where the back fell off. they said they were out of the 180 days guarantee, surely quality jewelery should not fall apart and they should repair or replace if this is supposed to be good value stuff. also having had other pieces valued, they are not worth anywhere near the prices they say they are both.

i have bought jewelery previously from qvc and worn it for years.
