very bad service tried to cancel in the 24 hour period could not get anyone to help then came the 369.00 charge . this is for an 80 year old man they are not going to disregard this fee. they offered more channels or resign and then try again to disconnect this is the only way to get your money back says Cristy1255 at direct tv a supervisor who has the authoriyy to make these decisions. She also told us there is no accounts management dept. however she can help with money issues. This is called the great run-a-round. I have hours and hours in on phone calls all a different answer wow bullies picking on old people who are afraid they will loose tv in feb. if they do not pick a service out there. It is just not right!
