bad management - the store manager

i used to work out at the mcdonalds here in san antonio, but i was working there for three months but i never got trained to work in any other area but front counter the store manager name is barbara she had her favorites one day my live in boyfriend and i left eachother she told me "next time i needed to be married before i had a man live with me." that was none of her business well ever since that day she WOULD NOT train me on drive thru or any other station this mcdonalds is out on IH410 and marbach we dont need bosses like that this lady brings her religion to the job she would talk about other employees behind their backs and make faces at us she would always snap her fingers at us who ever is reading this needs to do something also when evermy husband and i go in to buy a drink she gives us wierd looks my name is katherine moreno

I know how you feel.I work for Mcdonalds here in El Paso, TX and the management at my own Mcdponalds is horrible. The managers have their favorites, yet they won't admit it. I have been there for almost eight yrs and they are barely starting to move me around. I always wind up in back drive-thru by the end of the day. It never fails. It doesn't do any good to complain because they say that I am the fastest one there. Well, as for your review I agree it is none of her business what you do outside of Mcdonalds. I have never liked Managers like that and I never will. They should mind their own businessa and stay out of your personal life.
