i just had fois service, the guy who buried the cabel did a huge damge to my front yard , i called the customer service and that was the start . i mad 3 callas one out of three knows whats hapning . so they put the ticket on the wrong dept. whaen they found out the manager told me we cant do nothing and he gave me the number for the company did the cabel and called them sub-contract. it was pain in the ass for dealing with vrizon they are suck and worth shit
