bad device and customer service - Navigon 2100

There is no phone number to speak to someone LIVE. I have also found a number in which I still cannot reach someone live.
I purchased the 2100 a year ago. Has never really worked right and I hardly ever used it. I want to throw it away, it was $200!

i agree i have a navigon 5100 max and you cannot call anyone , on top of that i found out that they have closed up shop here in north america so we are stuck with a crappy product and no help . i have emailed numerous times with no response . do not buy this product
