Here is there b.s. letter to me, and is my letter back to a bad company!

Dear Ryan, I guess you did not read my email and just sent me a generic email about your return policy. You just made a bad situation worse. And in light of that I will never due business with you again and will make every attempt to discredit your company. I think I will start with calling gateway it self who recommended you and tell them how awful you are and praise notebook parts.com for there help with the situation of my laptop being stolen. That is so funny, I just thought of 10 people who have gateways wont need parts from you. Sincerely, Frank

I dont know how to get in touch with any one there. And i think there is a reason for that. They just take your money and give no service! just keep blogging about how bad they are and hurt there busniess. They say if you really want to get some one back, hit them where it hurts the most. There pocket book!

i am having a very similar issue with the same rep! she hung up on me 3 times! i called her back to let her know i'm filing a complaint with her company and would like the number for her corporate office and she hung up on me again! do you know how i would get in touch with a manager above her?
