I have a complaint. On november 29 i puirchased a standmixer from your store in the aviaion mall. The gentlemen in the men's dept. ordered it for me on the sears computer. He told me i would get the thirty dollar rebate check in the box when it arrived at my house. I didn't get it. I brought my sales receipt to the store to complain and the saleswomen in the men's dept told me the rebate form never comes in the box when it's delivered. She kept my sales receipt as she said they were very busy with not enough help in the store and she would ask the gentlemen hope put the transaction through and they would call me. Now the tell me they don't know what i'm talking about or where the receipt is. I have called your store and have not received an answer. I hope this problem is resolved in a hurry, because i have been a costomer for about forty years and my patience is growing rapidlly. Thank you for your prombt attention.
