awful service! - Direct TV standard package

Complaint

I have had many problems with Direct TV . The company was over 8 hours late to the appointment and then they left some of their equipment behind and expected me to drive over an hour to drop it off! Now I still have the equipment and they keep calling to say they will pick it up and they don't! Its ridiculous!! No one helps me over the phone and its very frustrating. What do I do with the equipment.
