My account was set up by the sales rep. We discussed the business and the transactions we were going to complete. He filled out the application, told me it was correct for the business and the information provided will give me the best rate possible.

3 months later I was told the account was set up wrong and that my credit card transactions are being held. The sales office had to change the account.

I called the sales office to find that the rep, that signed up the account had been fired. They said it was my fault the account was set up wrong as I shoudl have reviewed the application in detail and changes what their rep had stated was the correct information.

I had to resubmit the application and change the type of account. The new ap was sent. After the risk management office received the infomation they informed me that I had to submit copies of all the transactions, billing addresses of the customers and amounts. Once I completed this (same day) I was told the sales office had to complete additional paperwork.

It has now been 14 days and all of my transaction are on hold. I have called multiple departments to be told it is the other departments issue and the person I really need to talk with DOES NOT TAKE CUSTOMER CALLS.

Avoid this company at all cost. It is a well designed rat maze designed to assure that the customer is not serviced and they do all they can to not release transaction. The sales office is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and is a disgrace to the company.
