attuverse - AT&T U-verse internet and TV

I have been with u-verse for about 2 yrs. and have had trouble from the start. I must say the picture is good, but it's to the point where it's not worth the aggravation. The picture freezes, the audio goes out. the picture scrambles, and it's always at a crucial point. The internet and u-verse were out on sat. They said there was no gateway connection. Our repair window was 4 hrs. We finally fixed the problem ourselves.

We have had uverse since Jan. 09 and for the last 3 months have had trouble. The tv frezzes, and that causes everything to stop working, telephone and internet. We have called them out 8 times and we still are experencing the same problems. We are ready to switch back to cablevision.
