So I went into a store and was told at&t had solid service in my area. they mention the ad on tv as proof. So gave in and signed up. There service has almost zero in my house and only 2 bars outside. when i did a search i found out that the best coverage claim is based on world wide coverage! who cares what coverage at&t gets in china, if I can't make calls in my own home! How can at&t make such a bold lie? I notice on the commercial they claim to have the best coverage but in tiny and i mean tiny letters, say (based on world coverage)! i was still forced to pay for 3 days of service and I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. i never knew a company could keep lieing and getting away with it. at&ts best coverage claim is a lie because it is based on world service. so it does not matter if you can't make a call from in your car because you can make a call when your in china!!! what a scam!!!

why would you trust an ad from a company? don't you know they are all lies? many years ago there was this company offer free ringtone downloads. this was before all these companies were around. so i downloaded the 1 free ringtone. for 6 months nothing happen. then i got a bill for 179.94!! this company was charging me 29.99 per month for all 6 months even though i never downloaded anything else! and cingular would not give me my money back. so i had to file charges with the better business bureau. the company said it was all in the details on the ad. when i rewatched the ad on the very bottom in the smallest writting possible it said that the service costed 29.99 a month for cingular customers. i have a 47 inch screen tv and i could barely see the letters close up. so now i look at all ads as lies.
