Four times, I have asked to be removed from their e-mail list and they said they couldn't because of technical difficulties.

Their online operations are as incompetent as their staff in local stores. Avoid them at all costs.

Another time I called a local store to make sure they were going to be open because I knew I would be arriving near closing time. I was 30 minutes on the other side of town and they said they would watch for me. When I arrived and saw the lights off. I checked my cell phone for accurate time and I was there 10 minutes before closing. The doors were locked. I knocked and no one answered. I called management the next day and they were unapologetic.
