abysmal customer service

Dick's Sporting Goods has abysmal customer service. I went to the Dulles Mall location in Virginia looking for some footwear for my upcoming vacation. I saw an entire rack of Adidas slides right when I entered the store. The price on the rack was $24.99. When I went to checkout they rang up for $34.99. I brought the cashier over to the rack and asked for a supervisor. When he arrived I requested that they honor the price labeled and he refused, stating that the label was for the wrong product. When all of this was happening, a store clerk was ripping the tags off of the racks. Needless to say, I left.
