Green Bags Complaint

The bags do not work like they claim. I also found them to be cheaply made. I was talked into upgrading to the a zipper type bag spending over $30 dollars for a few bags and waited 2 months and never got them. I called their customer service dept informing them that I never received my bags but had been charge for the product. they said they were sorry that I hadn't received them. The customer service person I spoke with confirmed (via their records) that they had been shipped and that I should have receive them by now. I asked if they had a tracking number (since I used a in town private mail box) so I could have them traced on my end. The customer rep stated that would not be necessary. They would just resend them asap. ??? finally two weeks later I got them. But not the upgraded ones. (if they were, the regular ones must be made of cheap plastic wrap.) I went ahead and tried them. They worked fair on bananas and tomatoes but forget it on things like lettece, In fact I didn't see any difference between the green bags and regular zip lock bags you can buy in at your local market. Don't waste your money!!!!!
