We purchased tickets from stub hub for a sold out show about paid nearly 4x the face value. When we got to the venue, the tickets were "already scanned", meaning the tickets were fake and we couldn't get into the sold out show. So much for the "FanProtect" Guarantee. We faxed all our information and called several times and have not received a call back about getting a refund.

I will never, ever purchase from them again, and I highly recommend that you don't either.
