i had a similar issue but atleast my tech guy did what he was paid to do. what i wasn't aware of was the fact that i was being charged 27.99 even when i was a comcast hardware problem. how do i know that, the tech told me. i only found out about the charge when i received my bill. so i got online and threated comcast a bit and they gave me a $20 discount. i will be looking for a new provider real soon. i've been having nothing but issues ever since i got comcast. never once was i able to enjoy the provider.

Comcast charge me $27 for technician visit fee because I could not get the internet for a day. Although the problem was on their wire joints, they still charge me. I am thinking to change my internet provider. I am in Utah, any suggestions?

Comcast shut my cable and internet off for 2 days insted of my brothers who had his cable shut off
and they could not figure this out for 2 days . they need a competitor(we need a choice.
