Yahoo! does a good job

Whenever i have a problem with Yahoo! the customer service they have is good and fast in getting it resolved.

I am not sure i want them to merge with Microsoft as i just don't see the customer service keeping up as part of the behemoth.

I know sometimes Yahoo! and other big portals can get slammed but really they do a good job.

Do you work for Yahoo? I have never ever been able to get help from any of the major search companies. So unless you have an inside tip. I think this comment might be a lie.

Hilarious. Not sure what brings you to describe such a different experience of Yahoo from the rest of humanity. Obviously, you have no financial interest, you must just be very lucky.

It's a crushing indictment of Yahoo's current service, but I can't see it getting any worse even under Microsoft.
