Xbox 360 Scratch my disk - Xbox Disc Replacement Policy

Yes, Xbox 360 scratch my game disc and No, I did not kick or knock over my xbox while playing, I was in the middle of a game and it said "disc read error" please clean and/or reboot the system. When I got my disc out, it was scratch, a perfect circular scratch around the entire disc. I called xbox 360 support and they finally let me replace the disc. Customer support was slow but helpful. However, here is the kicker, I have to pay $20 US to get my game disc replaced. So not only did the xbox 360 scratch my disc but I have to dish out another $20 to get it replaced. That is worse customer service ever by Microsoft . I argue with them and they would not waive the $20 fee. Not only is disc replacement a poor choice to being with because how do I know my xbox won't scratch another game? I am playing my game with a feeling of distraught because of the stratche problem. The entire situation sucks and I wished Microsoft would replace the Xbox system instead of offering to replace the game and then expect the customer to pay another $20. I think it's time to buy a Sony Playstation 3.
