well ..... no BS here .... I have an ongoing unresolved complaint

I never received my original order from XLPharmacy.com (placed January, 2008).

After a formal complaint to XLPharm, they told me it would be "re-shipped" (early February of 2008).

What has pissed me off .... is that I could'nt wait .....
so I placed an order from a competitor ..... it was shipped on 2-15-08 and I received it on 2-27-08

my initial question was ..... were these guys BS'n me with the re-shipment?? But, of course, why would they lie (had no problems with my prior order).

Look, I can understand "human error" or "mix-ups" .... but I do expect to be told the truth.

My initial questions through this fiasco was ..... did XLPharm verify my shipping/mailing address ?? ... Is this a common occurrence ?

The only response I got was a "discount" on future orders !

So to all potential customers out there ..... STAY AWAY from XLPharm !!! ....... They should change their name to XLHarm !!
