Mexican Connexion - internet company selling pottery products from Mexico

I ordered two large jars off their website (Mexicanconnexion.com) from a picture posted on their site of the specific design. Prior to them being shipped, I again confirmed the specifics of my order. Their customer service was curt and unfriendly, the items took two months to arrive (after charing my credit card from the date of purchase), and the incorrect design was shipped. After several emails, I was asked to return the items to them with no refund for the return fee, after their admitting that it was impossible to have my order made.

Stay clear of this company!
