Wrong Order -- Again - poor service

It seems whenever I go to Dunkin Donuts -- rarely these days -- I end up with poor service and the wrong order. Monday morning (October 5, 2009) was no exception. Around 10 a.m., I went to the location in Albany, New York, near Crossgates Mall. As usual, there was a line all the way around the shop at the drive-through. When I finally was finally able to place an order, I asked for a turkey flatbread sandwich and a medium coffee. Foolishly, I didn't check out the sandwich until I got back to my office. I was disappointed to find some kind of an egg-cheese-sausage flatbread (yuck) instead of the turkey sandwich I had ordered. No more Dunkin Donuts for me. This morning I made coffee at home -- and packed a lunch.
