Burger King Review

Wrap - Wrap

I choose the Burger King wrap because there is usually no line there. The wrap is difficult with one hand while driving because it is wrapped loosely in the tortia. A tight wrap would make it much easier to eat while driving. The packaging should clearly indicate the open top of the tortia inside. Use a handkerchif style fold with the top folded over to clearly indicate "the top". To compete you need a specialty and I suggest that Burger King use "free" (as in no investment cost) packaging and product combinations to increase market share. Possibly use chicken that is NOT spicey and let the sause make it spicey. That way you could offer a regular chicken wrap - one that is not spicey. Mcdonalds does a good job, but the location by me is closed. Wendy's wrap is good too, but it takes too long to get thru the line. Burger King is "ok" overall due to quick service. I think that with a broader selection and closer detail to packaging you can expand market share for no additional investment. Unfortunately that will make the lines longer. I like the wrap because it is an alternative to a sandwich and is small. Also good job on the breackfast sandwiches. They are comperable to McD's in quality and taste. Finally the biscuite does not crumble when you unwrap it. Thanks for listening.
