Wow we ALL have the same problems - DirecPath

I read the previous reviews and could not believe how the problems I have had with DirecPath are virtually the same with other people. This company must have been put together over night b/c no one in the company has a clue what is going on (and I have talked to people high up in the chain). They have no decision making skills and problems are never resolved in a timely manner, if they get resolved at all. They put charges on my acct, messed up my billing address with DirectTv, could not properly install equipment, and reps for the company have little or no training and provide nothing for customer support. I want to know how they monopolize properties and then provide terrible service. If you are a builder, I hope you see this before you sign a contract with this DirecPath. If you do, be prepared for angry customers. There is something behind the scenes with this company that needs to be revealed b/c there is no way they can continue to be in business.
