Your so right!!! Sears service Sucks big time. I called to schedure 2 appliances and was told my 2nd appliance fee would be 32.99. when the repair guy showed up he tried to charge me $65.00 I was told to call sear back. he left without touching my 2nd appliance. i called sears back to tell them of the problem and they advised me since they had already been out to my home for the 1st appliance i didn't qualify for the discount. What a bunch of jerks!!! they offered me a gift card from sear which is worthless to me because i can't use it toward my repair. Sears, go straight hell
