Worst experience - U-verse(SM)

We trialed U-verse for a free month last year. Ditched it after 3 different techs came out due to terrible picture quality during sports (which we could easily demonstrate to them since we never disconnected our side-by-side cable feed). Also, never disconnected our DSL on a second line. Techs took the equipment away. No problem.
Months later, our DSL stops working. Ooops! They canceled our service, meaning there went our email addresses, never to be seen again. Wow, that sucked!

Now, months later, a box shows up for us to ship our nonexistent equipment back. Within 14 days... or be charged for it.

Tried to call AT&T after hours. Voice menu won't let me go anywhere since we owe money. Except we have a small credit balance. Wow, that sucks!
Called them during working hours. No idea what's wrong with the voice menu, nor do they care. But, they assure me that I won't have a charge on my statement next month for the noneistent equipment. Do I beleive them?
Noooo... because THEY SUCK!
