Worst customer service ever!

I was returning some stuff at the Ulta in Niles, IL on Touhy Ave.When the girl at the desk (NICOLE) asked me what my name was..I told her and spelled it for her and she went ahead and spelled it completely wrong and spelled a very very disgusting body part which she thought was hilarious. When i corrected her...she continued to laugh even though it was very apparent that i was pissed off and she didn't even apologize. Her manager thought it was hilarious too and laughed. Ulta just lost out on about $2,000 annually from me alone. I used to buy makeup and products only from them and now neither I nor any of my 20+ friends will be buying from there (I have incredibly loyal friends). Ulta really knows how to pick the low life's out there.
