Worst TV and Internet experience ever - all of the above and then some

Ever since I have installed uverse I have learned to regret it. It took them three days to figure out how to install it the first two days they sat here and try to plan a way to run the wires. They were brand-new guys that never even worked in the industry before the sense not to my home to learn how to wire a home. Since then I have had at least nine different technicians come to my home to try to fix problems like the TV freezing the Internet not working the phones not working at each time they fix it for about a day and the same problem crops back up and they send another guy. This doesn't count all the times you've have to reboot unplug and reconnect your system when you talk to them online or on the phone.
The technology may be good but it's temperamental and it does not function for long periods of time without interruptions and mistakes. The service staff are actually very pleasant and reasonably knowledgeable unfortunately they all get an average rating because they couldn't solve this problem in a years worth of trying. I would not recommend AT&T uverse to anyone and would prefer that they gave me my money back for the year of frustration that it caused me. I've used it and it for my business and then left having to go elsewhere to get online. I've invited friends over for dinner to watch a boxing match and had the TV freeze. I've lost my phone lines when their lines going into our neighborhood repeatedly have problems. In fact the last technician told me that the reason that my box has to reboot so often is because the line problems further upstream from us our common. Once again I would like my money back and will try to forget I ever met uverse.

Please train your technical support team so that they can resolve customers internet/email problems.

I'been having trouble with my att uverse E mail, I was transfered to yahoo. I lost all my E mails from att. I called technical support and I was told that there was no way to recover those lost mails. I regret with all my heart having you as my TV/Internet company. I am going back to comcast.
