Worst Service on the Internet - customer service

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I placed and order and after well over a week of it being in processing, I called to ask about it. Once I got someone on the phone, after several attempts over two days, they were extremely rude. Extremely rude. Truly unacceptable service. The only thing they did efficiently was charging my credit card right away when I placed the order.
