I have experience with HP's customer service, it's redicioulous and outsourced. The first thing you hear when you call is "Your warranty is expired" by some moron who don't know what the hell he's talking about. HP HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
