Worst Service - Direct TV w / NFL Sunday Ticket

I just had direct TV installed 5 days ago to watch NFL. The only reason I signed up with direct tv because they are the only one that will play New England team since we're living in Wyoming. In the last 5 days, I thought I could enjoy watching my $70.00 a month service with no problem. Every other night my boyfriend and I have to make a phone call to the tech support for problem after problem. The FINALE of the issue is that we don't have any signal at all, and spoke to 4 different customer service tech support and trouble shoot the problem but NADA!!!! They said the soonest they can send somebody to take a look is not until 2 weeks from now. Yeah...so you get the point!!!!
