The only thing Manhattan Apartments Inc. is interested in is your money; once they have that they are gone. They fail to mention charges, requirements and more. Take forever to get you any information and when they do it tends to be incorrect. They are also consistently late to appointments. Don't waste your time there are bound to be better brokers. And I'm sure there are some helpful ones there, but make sure not to get stuck with Mark Rosen.
