Worst Customer Service in History - product replacement with extended warranty

Do not buy anything at Fry's expecially with an extended warranty. They tried to replace a broken, unrepairable printer with a refurbished one worth 1/7th of the price I paid for the original. As I went up the "food chain", the customer service got worse. They would rather lose a customer than make one happy!! Keep it up guys, what goes around comes around! I will never step foot in another Fry's and I advise anyone to shop elsewhere!

Very Bad sevice. I'd taken my desktop 4 times in a row for the same reason, every time they take more than a month to give it back to me, now the tech said "I'll call you when is ready", I asked when is that going to be and he said "Is going to be when I call you, not before" --- believe it or not, they do not care !!!!

Fry's electronics has the worst customer service in history. I would rather buy something from the neighborhood crackhead and probably get better customer service than them. The higher you go up, the worse you get treated. They are great when you are going to make a purchase but terrible when you need service. I will never buy anything from them, and will do my best to discourage anyone esle from doing so also.
