Worst Customer Service Ever - Customer Servicce

Ok, so I made out all my bills the other day, and inadvertently filled out checks and mailed them in for two bills which I have set up to pay automatically. One was my Sprint cell phone and the other was my AT&T home phone. I called AT&T and told them what happened, that the check was already mailed, and would you please cancel my automatic payment for this month. They said, "sure no problem." I was off the phone with them in less than 4 minutes (including hold time!).

I call Sprint and am, of course, put on hold. After several minutes I talk to a person, explain the situation, they put me back on hold. They then return, forward me to another dept. Back on hold. Finance says they can't do it in less than 15 days. Transfer. Hold. Their retention dept. told me they were sorry but too bad. It just can't be done!?!?

AT&T: 3-4 minutes, done
Sprint: 40 min, charge me $115 anyway and cash my $115 check.

Dear Sprint,

Come October, after 9 years, I will no longer be your customer.
