Worst Customer Service - Customer Service

I am not too difficult to please when it comes to customer service. I view it as simply a transaction: a buyer, a seller, and an exchange. Skullcandy has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for overnight delivery, it has now been 4 days. I have had no response to my e-mails and their telephone system is going straight to voicemail. Never place an order with Skullcandy unless you have the compulsive need to feel completely insignificant.

I received three pair of the 'Tokidoki' ear buds....none of which functioned properly. Completely ridiculous. They could have a fantastic market but my guess is, it will fail quickly due to mismanagement and poor customer service.

Yeah i got a pair of G.I. headphones and the fabric ripped because i was trying to get the bottle opener. I was on hold for 25 min. then someone was on the line then they hung up on me

You're right about this. Their customer service is definitely the worst I've come across. The order got here fast (like 2-3 days) but it was wrong. I ordered Full Metal Jacket headphones (20 dollars more than what I got) and received the Titan ones. So I called them, which took 5 days to reach them, and I told them about it and they resent the ones I ordered. Turned out, it was the same WRONG pair of earphones. Now I have to contact them...again. I like the product, but you're right; the service is like a bunch of un-professionals put together. I mean, how can you mess up an order TWICE? Fools.
