This is THE worst company I have EVER dealt with, not one of the worst, THE worst. Their customer service is crap and their business practices are unethical. I had my payments coming out of a check card with bank a. I had an unexpected bill come out of that account and then National Fitness billed that account and it over drafted my account which was fine because it was my fault. The problem came when I went to pay my bill. I called national fitness and asked them to pay the bill with my other checking account with bank b just for a one time payment. Well that night I looked at my checking account and they had charged my account for the bill that got sent back and the next month's bill. When I called to ask them for my money back because I wanted the next month's bill to continue coming out of account a, they said that they couldn't because their records indicated that I called to update my banking information??? I NEVER said anything about updating the banking information nor did the representative. I asked to speak to a supervisor and stephanie, the representative, got an attitude and informed me that she had already asked someone and they told her they couldn't do anything. I got the moron of a supervisor on the phone and she informed me that they do not record their phone conversations so it was their idiot of a representative's word against mine, which of course now days means that the company is ALWAYS right and the customer is ALWAYS wrong. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this pathetic excuse for a company and am canceling my membership immediately just because my gym is affiliated with National Fitness. I would NEVER recommend getting involved with a gym that is affiliated with National Fitness. They should not be allowed to be so dishonest and crooked in their business practices.
