I eenjoy playing with other players around the world and so im hooked. Otherwise i would have dropped Blizzard and their online gaming. Im so tired of the non-existent customer service and the form letter responses. Their rules are so b;urred and general that the win each argument, which would explain the refusal or non existent supervisor to voice a complaint. Oh, did i mention the inability to speak with a live person? The in-game helper simply says sorry...and the most overused reply by WoW is" we cannot discuss privacy concerns of our members" ...even though the privacy concern has nothing to do with privacy and only involves me and no other...im sick of the canned responses, no help and no options for mediation. Hours of game play lost when a glitch occurs and they refuse to replace lost items or after a patch or after ciminnals in game steal your stuff etc. Wish i wasnt hooked and spent so much hard work and time lol otherwise id be gone. My best advice? Dont start stick with offline games or another company...blizzrd cant keep up with the multi millions of people who pay monthly and not have the infrastructure for all these gamers...where is all the profit going? I even complained to Better Business Bureau...blizzard sent the SAME canned response I received on their original complaint...i didnt even understand what the letter was referring to lol...good luck.

After I use up my prepaid cards I am done with this. I've heard Lucus Arts is comming out with one and I'm sure it will be 100% better that what we are putting up with here.

Yes that is a nice idea but have you ever thought of going up to the biggest guy on the subway and telling him your thoughts on this. I wonder what he might do, or would you even do it.

I agree with you totally;I think that with Blizzard's 11.5 million players paying $29.99 every other month, we should get a better answer for the stuff that affects only us. I can't say i regret playing World of warcraft however. I love playing the game; but customer service as a whole could be better. Instead of the " we cannot discuss privacy concerns of our members"; there should be a better answer like this is what we are doing to fix your problem and we will send you an authintication code sinse we are always "SOLD OUT". I totally agree with you.

Not to suprised to find this but as of 4/6/09 Blizzard has a BBB rating of F and shows as not accredited with them.

Take your breaking news-servers are down and put them in the shade. Meanwhile give all ure subscribers a few months free service since most like myself cant get on during available times. Need a charity drive to fix your XXXX?

Never heard that one before. If down so damn much how about we get refunds on are monthly statement? What a conspiracy! Guys need more money ? This is ludicris.
