World of Warcraft stole my money

In March I created a new account for the game World of Warcraft. In order for it not to be confused with my other account I used an alias for my name. This was my biggest mistake ever because in March they did not specifically warn you to use your real name when creating an account. I spent $50 on two cd keys for this account and they charged me $14.99 2 days before they suspended the account indefinitely on June 1st. I contacted them in good faith and told them I accidently used an alias when creating the account and they have made my life hell ever since and refuse to refund me.
