Work Out World Complaint

Work Out Work is running promotions like crazy to get new members in but they are mistreating their existing customers that have signed up at a much higher rate. They manipulate your contract and change their rules day by day and don't allow you out of your contract when it has expired nor are they willing to reduce your rates. They need to learn how to handle member complaints and resolve them in a professional manor. Stay at the club your at because your sure to get jerked around at Work Our World. Their customer service is horrible. They don't even have the decency to contact you in person. They send you an auto response. How tacky. Mr. Roma you should be embarassed by how your staff is not equipped to handle member complaints. Shame On You!
