" Fry's Electronic " is cheating the customer & disregard customer's rebate claim:
Facts:
(1) Purchased an ESI Wireless Gear(model# 4PR907) Bluetooth on November 29,2008 at the price $15 plus tax
(2) The rebate form says:Will receive a $15 mail-in rebate
with 8-10 weeks for delivery
(3) But after 13 weeks , the ESI Rebate Center in Thousand Oaks, California disregard the customer's many times phone call (877-326-5550)& e-mail(support@geejex.com) claims.
(4) The customer's INV# is:12177993

I am a victim also. The phone line was disconnected and email bounces back. Looks like this company disappeared

I am a victime, too. The product does not work and the rebate fullfilled or not. I have no idea. You know why? After 13 weeks long waiting, how many people still remember it?

I had been missing my check but realized that I had misplaced it. Three people from my house purchased and we all got our checks.

I have the same problem.. But I cannot even contact them. The support phone number is : 1.877.326.5550. No one picks up the phone

The support Email is : support@geejex.com and the mail BOUNCES back because thier mailbox is full.

Are these guys in business? This is FRAUD. Do we have a recourse

I am having the same exact problem with getting my rebate from them also. I've tried calling and seeing if they can reissue the check. They say that they can't. The reason they can't reissue the check is becuase they never sent it out in the first place. I'm reporting them to the BBB and suggest you do the same. I'm sure there are other people that got cheated by them also.

Still not reciived any check from the company...

This customer had been issued a rebate check but there was no substantial reason for reissuance.Customer claimed that check was lost. We have already assured customer that we have honored a reissuance despite company policy, to be made once his original check has become invalid.
