I switched from Verizon Wireless to T-Mobile a few months ago because I simply could not put up with Verizon Wireless anymore. For a technology company, I couldn't even change my mailing address on their website, and couldn't figure out how to navigate... More...

I don't think it had anything to do with the website...I think it had to do with the user!!! and just one more thing... they don't shut your service off if your one day late with your payment, you don't even get a late fee until you are over 5 days late...it's more like almost 30 days late before serice is interrupted ... and at least Verizon Wireless tries to call a let you know your payment is late and don't just shut your servicee off...and I know this information for a fact... if you are going to post something and want people to follow your lead at least you can be honest with them!
