Why - grape jelly

Why do we order what we see advertised on TV, but receive something, that does not appear like it does on TV.

Whopper jr. looks appetizing on TV, but what you get in restaurants, is anything but appetizing. Deformed, smashed buns, imcomplete meat patties, lettuce and tomatoes past due, etc.

Why, if people like grape jelly with their biscuits, do you not supply your restaurants with sufficient grape jelly. 'We are out of grape, you'll have to take strawberry' WHY ?
