Who thought anyone could be worse than Dell - customer service

Something the electronic companies do not realize is that there is a huge population of us over-40s professionals who prefer functionality over glitz and tricks. We want our equipment to work and we will tolerate a certain level of failure if it is taken care of immediately.
What we will not tolerate is customer service departments that are untrained in offering an acceptable level of the kindof service that is expected in this country.
In reading some of the complaints here, I was shocked that there were people who were writing about once new computers that had never worked.
I read (and have experienced) customer service at it's worst.
So, be relentless, document everything, file complaints with the BB Bureau, continue to call.'Raise hell"
