Where is my camera?

My husband did the research, and found positive reviews for this company. He found the camera he wanted, and I ordered it for his birthday. I received an email asking me to call to confirm. I was told the camera would ship out that day. That same day, my credit card was charged. It has now been 2 1/2 weeks, and I have no camera. I have emailed, I have called EVERY day. They take A LOT of holidays. The "system" is often down. I have never received a tracking number to follow. Every time I talk to someone on the phone, they put me on hold and I am disconnected. Do not do business with this company.
