Where in the world is Customer Service????? - DirecTv Company itself

Does DirecTv have a customer service department???? It's AMAZING to me how well they protect it!!!!! Try to get one of their robots in a call center to give you satisfaction or a number to customer service and they say they don't have it-----Cancel your service and an agent will be calling you so quickly you wouldn't have enough time to send them an inquiring email! I hope all consumers considering choosing DirecTv read this then reconsider their options. I also pray that anyone at DirecTv headquarters does monitor this site, as I know it is the only feedback they get since they don't have phones for incoming calls!!!!! FIND A COMPANY, ANY COMPANY, THAT CARES~~~ DirecTv is NOT one that does!!!
