Granted, the snow storm last week was not normal. I have boxes out for delivery 12/22 that never got here. Today, 12/31, 630pm, still no boxes. 3 phone calls a day, several emails a day, visits to the the customer center at the depot all have yeilded the same answer "we do not know and can not tell you when you will get your boxes. you cant pick them up because there has not been a delivery attempt made yet."

Heres the great part, I have received UPS deliveries each of the last 3 days but none of the late boxes were included and still no one at UPS can even pick up the phone and call the Portland depot because they claim they cant and are not allowed.

No one can help but we are sure sorry your stuff is late. Well that stuff is inventory for my online business that has now cost me over $1000 in returned orders due to my not being able to ship.

They did not delivery ground packages 12/26 nor did they work the weekend to catch up. No one cares at UPS.
