When I signed up with VOIP.Com...

When I signed up with VOIP.Com for phone service it sounded great.. Cheap was the word. My phone does not work half the time. I call and they can never give me an answer. My phone was out yesterday and I called. I was caller #79 with a wait time of 96 minutes. I had to use my cell phone to call so I did not wait. Today it is working. I never get an answer to why it was down. Like it was only mine down. I have a program to use my lap top as a phone (called Soft Phone). They changed the jprogram and now mine does not work. They say it is in my computer and it should work, yet they have no way to check and they can not offer me any help to solve problem. Please check others before going with VOIP.com Phone service.
