What a waste of time and money!!

After calling to order the lids, I too, like everyone here was frustrated at the total impossibility of ordering just what the tv commercial offers. However, I foolishly doubled the order and even ordered a set of knives just to try and get to the checkout!!!! And my thanks is that my card was charged and I have never received anything!!! What a rip off!!! Someone should shut them down and there should be better regulations and guidelines if people want to sell on tv.
