What a ripoff!!!!

I ordered my smartlid set by telephone which I would never do again. After receiving my credit card number, I was offered other products for the next 20 minutes at which time I hung up never reaching the end of the offers. I was astonished when my order arrived with $23.85 shipping and handling for something that weighs approximately 12 oz. The paperwork indicates that the Jumbo Smartlids are backordered which means another exorbitant shipping and handling charge. I have contacted my credit card company and authorized them to decline any more charges.

I urge everyone to buy their smartlids at someplace like Walgreens and save their money. WHAT A MONUMENTAL RIPOFF AND DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE RESULTING FROM NON DISCLOSURE OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
