What a nightmare - AT&T U-verse

I just got uverse on the 30th of January and about 3 weeks later it stopped working it freeze's all the time an the worst experience happened about 2 days later when the television froze and it had been about 2 hours(I wanted on the cause of it could h ave rebooted) well no i called the att 2020 number what a mess time 1 i called and the man said i will have to access the box fine i gave him my pin and he did we got disconnected blah! he never called back. I called the att 2020 number again time 2 i finally got someone that spoke english(No offense to others) and he was much better he asked me to locate the box i did and he said tell me what you see and so i did and what i saw is 2 soliid Red lights and you know what he tells me "I have been working here for a year and a half and i have never heard of this happening fine whatever make me an appointment and we will work this thing out so he made it and i remember what the guy that installed it had told me if something goes wrong call me so i call the att 2020 number again time 3 within 1 hour need i mind you and i got another lady who spoke broken english she asked the standard questions and after she got done i explained that i want the same guy that came to install to comeout and she starts going we can schedule you an appointment i politely explained i already have one and she said no we dont see it on the system and then i told her again i called already and explained this 2 other times i just need one question and then she says well i need information it will be a 35 dollar fee i said no it wont this system is not messing up on account of me and then she said i need more information so at this point i am getting annoyed i said uverse system is not working and she goes ok let me put an appointment in and i said i have one already and then about 10 mins later sshe goes oh ok i used another tool and i see the appointment so i said thank you and hung up so the guy comes the next morning around 8:16 and i kidd you not goes oh you just needed mor service area so he pulls the box out does something outs it back on the wall and goes so thatss fine like 2 hours later it screws up wow so i call the guy that installed and basically told him look this is what happend and he goes who is the guy that came i told him he called him and he came back the next day then he goes oh i see the problem doesn anybody have wireless internet and i say yes me for my laptop he goes oh ok the cord was in the wrong port and it fried the box (thanks to the installer) so he swithes the box while he has the guy on the phone seeing the connection so next he comes to my room and the guy on the phone goes am i on speaker and the guy goes holdon so he takes him off of speaker i dont know why his phone was still loud and he askes again am i on speaker he goes no and he goes there are alot of bad connections in that house well damn if there are these bad connections why did they install now if this system goes down after today then i am uninstalling and going back to comcast digital and i going to talk with the highest person on the map because this is miserable and i am very upset about it
