I have ordered from them several times in the past and never had problems. I placed an order on January 27th and it's now almost Easter and I have yet to receive my order. They responded once to my e-mail saying I would have it the next week. They don't return your phone calls that you leave on their "billing" phone and they don't e-mail you back. I will never order from them again nor any of their other websites! I have asked for a refund and never received that either.

I also had ordered from bestindoortanninglotion.com once before and received my order promtly but I placed an order in March 2008 and as of July 23, 2008 still have not received the order and they will not respond to by emails or voice mail messages left at their office. The did promptly charge my credit card. BE WARNED!!!
